The Legal Aid Society has filed a lawsuit against their landlord in Brooklyn over mold in their Kings County offices. Over 500 staffers have not been able to work in the office for over two years – 2 years! – due to overwhelming spread of mold in the office space.
The social justice firm said they notified landlord of the widespread mold throughout the office space they contend is a result of faulty ventilation.
