One would think with all the hand-ringing regarding gun control that with Democrats having control of every part of the government – at federal level and New York State – prosecuting gun crimes would be a cinch.
Guess again.
There have already been instances established where folks are in an uproar about NY prosecutors and district attorney’s not attaching charges to crimes but now there is this example of gun law loopholes that are preventing prosecutions.
