While abortion is a lightning rod topic it appears that the Supreme Court is set to overturn the landmark Roe v Wade decision that made abortion legal. While the article attached points at the overturning would be a “blow to democracy” one could almost interpret that quote as having to do with the leak.
It seems unthinkable that someone within the Supreme Court would leak something of this magnitude and undermine not only the Court itself but betray the 9 Chief Justices.
Even Ruth Bader Ginsburg was highly critical of how Roe v Wade established the right to get an abortion.
